Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in and a few moments to relax before your spa experience. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all Gift Cards and promotional coupons at check-in. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full, but we will do our best to accommodate your entire service.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments, but we will always try to accomodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 75% of each service. You must speak with a receptionist to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). Treatment times & prices are subject to change without notification.

Laser Treatment Policy
If you have had recent sun exposure we will be unable to perform your laser treatment. A topical numbing cream can be purchased at the front desk for $5 upon request. This cream needs to be applied 1 hour before your treatment on clean skin for maximum effect (no moisturizers or sunscreens).
